Register
300 points credit to your account the moment you finish registering. No first order required to earn them, and no deadline to use them once you're ordering.

Order as normal
Every order earns 1 point per £1 of qualifying spend: the product subtotal excluding VAT and delivery, counted on whatever part of the order you actually pay for.

Points land after delivery
Points credit once your order is fully delivered, or, on a split shipment, once every line is either delivered or cancelled. There's nothing to claim. It happens on its own.

Redeem whenever it suits you
Turn any amount from 100 points upward into Bilddit Credit, worth £1 per 100 points, in 100-point steps. Redeeming is your call, made in the app. It doesn't happen automatically.
The rules, in full
Trade and business accounts
Bilddit Points is available to every Bilddit account. We're a trade platform, so that covers the whole customer base. It isn't a tier you need to unlock.
Cash-paid spend only
Points accrue on the part of an order paid in real money. Any portion covered by a voucher, referral credit, or Bilddit Credit doesn't earn points on that part of the same order.
IwocaPay orders still earn in full
Order through IwocaPay and you earn points on the full financed value. Iwoca settles with us in full at the point of sale, so the order counts the same as a card payment.
Redemption goes to Bilddit Credit only
There's no cash-out route and no gift card. Redeemed points become spendable Bilddit Credit immediately, ready to use on your next order.
Common questions
- When do points actually land in my account?
- After your order is delivered, or, if it ships in parts, once every line is either delivered or cancelled. Points are calculated on the delivered portion.
- Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
- No cap, no weekly window, and no bands to climb into. Every pound of qualifying spend earns a point, order after order.
- How few points can I redeem?
- From 100 points upward (£1), in 100-point steps, so a redemption always lands on a whole pound.
- Do points expire?
- Only if your account goes 24 months without an order placed. An actively trading account never loses a point.
- Can I cash points out instead of using Bilddit Credit?
- No. Points convert into spendable Bilddit Credit, and that's by design. There's no cash or gift-card redemption path.
- What happens to my points if an order is returned?
- Points earned on that order are clawed back proportionally. If they've already been redeemed and spent, the value is deducted from the refund for that same order instead.
