How the bonus works
Load your balance, earn 2% on it, spend it a day later on whatever the job needs.

Top up
Load any amount onto your account from the app. There's no ceiling on a single top-up, so it covers a small balance or a large trade order in one go.

Earn the daily bonus
The first £1,000 you top up on any given day earns a 2% bonus, up to £20 a day. Top up beyond that and the rest still lands on your balance, just without the bonus.

Wait until the next day
A fresh top-up, and its bonus, is ready to spend from the next calendar day. That same-day restriction is the only limit on new credit, and it doesn't apply to credit issued from a refund.

Spend it on anything, including delivery
Materials, delivery, or both. No minimum basket applies. Bilddit Credit can cover any part of the total, with the rest going on your card, or it can cover the whole order with no card step at all.
The rules, in full
No minimum, ever
Apply Bilddit Credit to an order of any size, for any amount up to the total payable. There's no threshold to hit before it becomes usable.
Covers delivery too
Credit, paid or bonus, can be put toward the delivery charge as well as the goods, so a whole order can be settled from your balance with no card step.
Not combinable with IwocaPay
Bilddit Credit and IwocaPay financing can't sit on the same order. Pick one payment route per basket.
Your own money draws down first
When you spend from a mixed balance, the money you actually paid in is used before any top-up bonus or points-converted credit.
Common questions
- Is there a limit on how much I can top up?
- No. You can load any amount in one go. The 2% bonus is paid only on the first £1,000 you top up on a given day (maximum £20), but the top-up itself is uncapped.
- Can I spend a top-up the same day I load it?
- Not the top-up itself. A fresh top-up and its bonus become spendable from the next day. Credit issued from a refund is different, and is usable immediately.
- Does Bilddit Credit expire?
- No. It's the one balance here that never lapses, however long the account sits idle. Only Bilddit Points can expire, and only after 24 months of inactivity.
- Can I withdraw it as cash, or send it to someone else?
- No. Bilddit Credit is closed-loop store credit for purchases on bilddit. It isn't a bank account, and it can't be withdrawn or transferred between accounts.
- What happens to it if I close my account?
- The money you actually paid in is returned to you, net of any bonus tied to that top-up. Bonus credit and credit converted from points are forfeited, since neither was ever your money.
- Can I use it alongside a voucher or referral credit?
- Yes. Bilddit Credit is the one balance that combines with either of those on the same order. It just can't be combined with IwocaPay.
Bilddit Credit is closed-loop store credit for trade accounts, redeemable only against purchases on bilddit. It is not a bank account, payment account or e-money account, has no cash value outside the platform, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash.
